At least 25% must be paid up-front, before i start working on the commission.

If you want to cancel an order, you won't be refunded.

I have the right to reject/cancel your order. If it's too difficult or suspicious of scam, and responding late or ghosting me frequently, can result to your order being cancelled.

Make sure to make a list of everything that needs to be changed one time because if you ask for too many revisions, I'll have to charge an extra fee for each revision.
